Description
The Association Achievement of the Year award recognizes an apartment association which has successfully launched an innovative campaign or initiative of great usefulness to rental housing providers. The initiative or campaign may be proactive or reactive. The achievement could include defeating a proposed government program which would have had a significant negative impact on rental housing providers. This award is open to achievements in the year 2022.
